Calling All Mangy Dogs

Hangin' out in Mom's dirty carFor all those out there who think their dog has what it takes to be in the movies, this is for you.  Adam Sandler is going to be shooting the movie, “Mangy Dogs” here in New Mexico, and he’s looking for aspiring canine actors.  Now I know that none of your dogs are “mangy” but that’s what costumes/makeup are for.  Check out their website at http://www.oneheadlightink.com/2015/02/06/adam-sandler-movie-casting-mangy-dogs-in-new-mexico/ to see if you have a future star in the family.

4th Annual Listening Horse Yard Sale fundraiser

Got stuff you want to get rid of? We’d LOVE to have it! It’s time for the 4th Annual Listening Horse Yard Sale fundraiser!! It’s going to be on Saturday, September 13th, outside the upper arena at the NNMHA (Northern New Mexico Horsemen’s Assoc.) by the bleachers. Any item you think would make some money for Listening Horse would be greatly appreciated as a donation — with the exception of clothes. Clothes are so hard to sell, but something special, unusual or horse related would be terrific!

Please contact me if you can donate to the sale. We can make arrangement for your items to be dropped off or, if helpful, we’re happy to pick things up. Please pass the word to your friends & family. The more wonderful treasures we accumulate, the more money we’ll raise.

Thank you for your on-going support of Listening Horse. The success of the program really comes from having such wonderful people involved.

Best to all,

Laurie
